Some numbers that I call come up engaged or say that the number is for callers from abroad only.
Certain companies and organisations (eg. National Train Enquiries) check to see if the number calling originates from abroad. If you mask your number by turning off your Caller ID, they will not know and the call should be processed.

CallSaver crashes when updating the database. How do I remedy this?
This was happening in a handful of cases in version 1.0. The latest version remedies this, so update CallSaver to Version 1.1 and, in the most extreme cases, delete the App, hard boot the iPhone and reinstall the latest version.

The number provided gets me through to the Switchboard. Why is this?
In many cases, you can ask to be put through to the relevant department. Sometimes the company may get wise to this and stop this practice.

I keep getting asked to confirm a number that I have previously confirmed. This is annoying me. Can it be fixed?
This is a known issue and will be corrected in Version 2.0. If you have any other feature requests or feature bugs, please send them through. Only true user feedback can help improve the usefulness of CallSaver.
